In November 2014, our team took part in the professional automotive aftermarket exhibition held in Warsaw, Poland, one of the most influential local auto parts expos covering Central and Eastern Europe. Targeting regional wholesalers, distributors, repair chain operators and auto component retailers across Poland and neighboring CEE countries, we showcased our full lineup of automotive filters, including filters for passenger vehicles, light trucks, heavy-duty trucks and construction machinery. The three-day exhibition brought us far more business opportunities and market insights than we anticipated, marking a milestone for our layout in the Central European market.
As the core trading hub of Central Europe, Warsaw draws massive professional buyers from Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Baltic nations every year for the local auto parts fair. During the whole event, our booth received continuous visits from professional purchasers. Most visitors were bulk wholesalers and regional importers with stable long-term procurement demands, who focused strictly on product quality, OEM compatibility, complete OE part numbers, bulk delivery capacity and factory direct pricing — exactly our core competitive strengths as a Chinese filter manufacturer.
We gained tangible business achievements on site. Dozens of local wholesalers conducted in-depth one-on-one negotiations at our stand, verifying our filter samples, checking OE catalogs and confirming bulk quotation terms. Multiple Polish regional distributors reached preliminary cooperation intentions, signing framework procurement agreements for regular bulk orders. Meanwhile, we collected more than 80 high-quality business leads, including established aftermarket dealers, vehicle maintenance groups and cross-border trading companies active across Central Europe. Nearly all contacts expressed clear demands for air filters, oil filters, fuel filters and cabin filters suited for local mainstream truck and passenger car models.

Beyond direct order intentions, the exhibition delivered precious market intelligence for our long-term development. We fully learned the mainstream vehicle models circulating in Poland and surrounding markets, sorted out the most popular OE serial numbers among local buyers, and figured out local clients’ preferences for packaging, delivery cycles and certification standards. We also communicated extensively with fellow exhibitors from Europe and Asia, understanding the latest competition landscape of the CEE auto filter industry, which helped us optimize our product lineup and adjust regional sales strategies afterward.
This Warsaw Auto Parts Fair in November 2014 proved to be a highly rewarding overseas exhibition experience. It not only helped us secure stable local Polish clients and open up the Central European wholesale channel, but also built brand recognition of our filter factory in the regional aftermarket. Based on the fruitful results of this show, we have since prioritized the Polish and CEE markets, maintained continuous follow-up with all exhibition contacts, and made targeted adjustments to products and supply chains to fit local market needs, laying a solid foundation for our long-term expansion in Central Europe.
